Eminem was once assaulted by Diddy for not letting him touch him, what was even scarier was the time he had to… see more

Eminem has never been shy about expressing his opinions on Diddy. Over the years, the “king of rap” has unleashed a series of harsh diss on Diddy.

When Diddy (real name Sean Combs, born in 1969, one of the most powerful names in Hollywood) was arrested on September 16 on three charges of conspiracy to commit extortion, sex trafficking by force and transportation to engage in prostitution, the hip hop community revisited past moments that revealed the dark side of the CEO of Bad Boy Records.

Diddy allegedly lured male and female victims into drug-fueled, multi-day parties known as Freak Offs, according to The New York Post. Diddy’s crimes allegedly spanned a long period of time, dating back to at least 2009. The parties were attended by Hollywood stars, including Justin Bieber.

Now, music fans are looking back at Eminem’s diss of Diddy with a new eye. Eminem’s sharp diss, whether humorous or serious, has taken on added weight as the Bad Boy Records CEO’s debauched life has been exposed.

Eminem is one of the few people who has openly questioned the behavior of this American music mogul over the years. Eminem’s first recorded diss of Diddy was in 1996 in the song F*cking Crazy when he rapped:

Original Bad Boy on the case, cover your face

Came in the place blown, and sprayed Puffy with Mase.

(The real Bad Boy is here, cover your face. Walked

in here in a drunken stupor, then pepper sprayed Puffy in the face).

Bad Boy is Diddy’s nickname. When he was younger, Diddy was nicknamed Puffy.

This was the beginning of a series of rap references to Diddy that lasted for decades.

In 2000, in the song Marshall Mathers , Eminem did not hesitate to rap: You little groupie bitch, get off me , go f*ck Puffy .

At this point, Eminem was already a big name in hip hop but new to the world of fame. The King of Rap’s willingness to go up against the likes of Diddy was what made him stand out.

That same year, in the song I’m Back , Eminem added a diss to Diddy:

‘Cause if I ever stuck it to any singer in showbiz

It’d be Jennifer Lopez and Puffy, you know this.

I’m sorry, Puff, but I don’t give af*ck

(Because if I ever got involved with any singer in showbiz

, it would be Jennifer Lopez and Puffy, you know.

Sorry, Puff, but I don’t care.)

M

Eminem hinted that if anyone had ever been involved with any singer in showbiz, it would be Jennifer Lopez and Diddy. This was his way of playing with words and alluding to their popularity. However, the famous American rapper born in 1972 affirmed that he did not care about that, emphasizing his defiance and recklessness.

His diss lines seemed playful at the time, but later Eminem’s tone turned more serious.

One of Eminem’s most controversial raps about Diddy came in 2018, in the Killshot diss Machine Gun Kelly. Eminem rapped a line that shocked the hip hop world:

Kells, the day you put out a hit is the day Diddy admits that he put the hit out that got Pac killed.

(Kells, the day you have a real hit is the day Diddy admits he ordered Pac’s murder)

Pac is the nickname of Tupac Shakur, the legendary rapper who was assassinated in 1996. Eminem’s rap alludes to a conspiracy theory that Diddy was involved in Tupac Shakur’s assassination, although there is no evidence to suggest that this is true.

Although Eminem quickly followed up with the line ” I ‘m just playin , Diddy, you know I love you”, the above rap line made many people wonder if there was any truth behind this harsh diss.

In 2020, Eminem continued to refer to Diddy with sharp sarcasm, including in the song Godzilla , when he alluded to Diddy asking to go buy cheesecake on the show Making the Band :

They call me Diddy because I make bands, and I call getting cheese a cakewalk .

The rap is not only a critique of Diddy’s methods, but also an expose of the Bad Boy Records CEO’s use of power to control those under his command. It’s a reference to a moment on Diddy’s reality show Making the Band 2 , which aired on MTV in the early 2000s. On the show, aspiring hip hop artists competed for a spot in Diddy’s new band, but the most memorable moment was when Diddy asked the band members to walk six miles across the Brooklyn Bridge just to buy a slice of cheesecake from a specific store. The task was meant to test their patience and commitment, but it left the impression that Diddy was more interested in humiliating his band members than developing their talents.

The “cheesecake incident” has become a cultural symbol of how power is wielded in the entertainment industry, where new performers are sometimes forced to endure ridiculous tasks or humiliation in the hopes of furthering their careers. If it happened on a popular TV show, can you imagine what went on behind the scenes?

However, Eminem’s most recent compositions on The Death of Slim Shady (Coup De Grâce) seem to have an odd connection to the present, as the allegations against Diddy continue to mount. On Fuel , Eminem raps:

Notorious BIG’s death was the domino effect of

2Pac’s murder, like facial tissue, whose clock should I clean next? Puff’s?

Til he’s in police handcuffs, guilty, will he step up?

(The death of Notorious BIG is the domino effect of

2Pac Assassination, like tissue paper, whose watch should I wipe next? Puff’s?

Until he is handcuffed by the police, guilty, will he stand up and take responsibility?)

i

In the same song Fuel , Eminem’s rap below left millions of people amazed:

a RAPER

Got so many S-As, S-As

Wait, he didnt just spell RAPPER and leave out a P, did he?…

(A rapist)

There is so much bad stuff

Wait, he didn’t just spell RAPPER without the P, right?)

This sentence is as if Eminem is mocking someone (possibly Diddy) for his ridiculous spelling mistake, causing the word RAPPER to become RAPER (rapist).

This is a seemingly prophetic rap from Eminem, as Diddy is facing charges of sex trafficking by force and transportation to engage in prostitution.

In the song Antichrist also from the album The Death of Slim Shady (Coup De Grâce) , Eminem’s humorous and sharp rap lyrics take a darker turn:

Next idiot ask me is getting his ass beat worse than Diddy did —

But on the real, though, she probably ran out the room with his f*cking dildo.

(The next idiot asked me if I got beat up worse because of the Diddy incident.

But actually, she probably ran out of the room with his dildo)

Eminem was probably referring to the incident where Diddy, while wearing a towel around his waist, beat his ex-girlfriend Ventura at the InterContinental Hotel in Los Angeles on March 5, 2016.

As the allegations against Diddy continue to mount, Eminem’s years of diss have painted a picture of an artist who has long expressed disgust with the media mogul. Now that the truth about Diddy has been revealed, Eminem’s raps are not only entertaining, but are being seen as a warning sign of problems that may have existed for a long time, but many are just now realizing.

Diddy is one of the most powerful names in Hollywood.

Diddy is one of the most influential figures in the American music and entertainment industry. He is a famous and successful rapper with 14 nominations and 3 Grammy awards, and was inducted into the Walk of Fame in 1995.

In 1997, Diddy was awarded the Guinness World Record for Most Successful Rap Producer. Born in 1969 in New York City, Diddy has built a diverse business empire that includes music, fashion, alcohol, and media.

Diddy’s influence in the music industry is not limited to producing and performing. Diddy is also known as an entrepreneur, continuously expanding his business into many other areas. In 1998, Diddy launched the Sean John clothing brand. In the beverage industry, Diddy partnered with Diageo to promote and distribute Cîroc vodka, making it one of the leading premium vodka brands in the US. The deal is said to have brought Diddy significant profits and solidified his position in the alcoholic beverage industry.

In 2013, Diddy expanded his media empire by launching Revolt TV, a cable channel focused on music and culture. The network aims to provide a platform for young artists and independent music content. Diddy’s business success has placed him among the richest people in the hip hop and entertainment industries. Forbes magazine regularly ranks him among the world’s highest-paid artists.

Diddy’s influence in Hollywood and the entertainment industry in general comes not only from his financial success but also from his ability to connect and create opportunities. Diddy is known for hosting lavish parties and networking events that attract many top stars and industry influencers. Diddy’s annual White House parties bring together some of the biggest names in the industry, including Jay-Z, Beyoncé, Rihanna, Jennifer Lopez, Usher, The Weeknd, Janelle Monáe, Queen Latifah, Snoop Dogg, and more.

In addition to his business activities, Diddy is also involved in many charitable and social activities. Diddy established the Sean Combs Foundation to support education and youth development. The foundation has awarded scholarships and grants to many non-profit organizations. Diddy has also supported many young artists, most notably Justin Bieber, whom he transformed from a YouTube cover boy into a globally famous pop prince.

With enormous power and influence in the entertainment industry, and connections to many other fields, it is not difficult to understand why Diddy can so easily “manipulate” his victims.
